HA! Not only did I laugh, I also snorted when I read that. Actually the next project will take a lot from kayak building. I want to make a pirate chest out of mahogany, but I want it to be what I can only refer to as a "Cap'n Crunch" style pirate chest- very exaggerated with angled sides and the top will have that characteristic pirate chest curve where it curves inward first, then makes the hump.

Here, I found a picture of the Capn' Crunch chest. This is the shape I think of when I think of a treasure chest.
