Been thinking of adding under deck bungies to my five year Outer Island. Could I just epoxy 1" webbing loops to the inside of the deck? Will this be strong enough? I could run bungie between the bolts for the deck bungies but the bungie may hang down too low and might fowl on my knees or feet during wet exits.
