Sometimes in a really humid shop it's hard to get the glass completely clear, tends to end up cloudy. Will cure fine, just isn't glass clear.

Unless you are completely sure that the resin you're using won't blush, and that comes from experience, you're best to scrub with water between coats to make sure. Only takes a few minutes.
