I hit "Post" rather than "Preview" so this is the continuation.

The hull was glassed with 4 oz glass with an expedition layer, The keel and stems were further re-enforced with 9 oz tape and bias cut 4 oz glass.

The hull was removed from the strongback and stations, flipped, and then the deck was stripped. The hull is northern white cedar with only the shearline in western red cedar. The deck is western red with a single thin northern white strip near the shear.

I then cut out a recess for the cockpit and stripped it. This past weekend I glassed the deck.

I am in the process of building the combing.
