Hi all,
On Yostwerks there a few SOF kayaks that are skinned in clear vynil.
I have done some searches on the net but can only come up with clear vynil (sticky back) mostly used for bumper protection.
Is there a specific vynil that i should be searching for?
I will be trying to source this stuff locally (Portugal) as I would really not like to have to import it, but if I have to ,so be it.
Anyone know how the vynil is glued/attached to the frame?
I know I should be asking Mr Yost himself but I was on the forum and what the heck, no harm in asking.

Hi Fernando: You might try fabric stores, especially those that carry fabric for drapes and furniture. They sometimes carry the clear vinyl. Get the heaviest thickness you can.
