I read with interest Robert Pruden's recollections on using a red colored rag to wipe down a hull with acetone. I had just purchased a large supply of multi colored cleaning cloths. Thank you Robert for likely saving me a lot of grief. I began to recall some things that I will avoid in the future. I have put them in the form of a response to this thread.
