The aluminum I used is 3/32 so there is a 1/16 clearance.. The ski lifts out through the top so would be easy to clean...
The keel area is epoxied prior to applying oil to the rest of the frame..
Saturated the skin area with epoxy prior to the stain and urethane ...Left it discolored but it works...
