There is a river race category for 13'-2" and under.
Your boat looks very suitable for this purpose.
The readily available alternatives are not that good:
Long old school WW kayaks; but they have pointy not plumb- ish bow and sterns.
Modern rec kayaks; but they are wide, heavy and slow.
I was thinking of building a 14' Great Auk scaled to 13'-2" .
