The clouds were fun to watch and photograph, the wind was the pits. A wide lens worked great to capture that small dot in the sea and sky image of kayaking. I think my favorite part of the photography was the night sky at the very end. I had everything going for me, long ways from a city, minimal moon, high elevation, fast and wide lens with a good camera, and the right time of year for the Milky way to really shine. The clouds cleared on all but 2 nights.
