What if you just lash a few key locations and use something like PL Premium on all the joints? You could also use bungie cords to hold the stringers while the glue is drying overnight.

You could also consider using zip ties as a temp clamp while PL or Epoxy glues joints dry, then remove the zip tie similar to how some folks are build ing stich and glue boats.

PL Premium seems as good as Titebond III which is OK for most parts of a boat but not really to be trusted below the waterline or where prolonged water exposure is expected. I have used both without problems on boats that are taken out of the water after each trip and stored indoors, but epoxy goes where it's important. I find spring clamps work fine to hold light stringers in place, for non-stapled strippers even clothes pegs will hold the strips in place; they are cheap, quick and easy.

The sharp edges of zip ties and the wire ends of bungies can damage soft wood: plastic tubing fixes both those problems.
