it has to be installed after mating the deck and hull. remember no hatch so rolling out the tape seam one needs full access from the cockpit forward. i have been hot glueing the fiberglass tape in place the last 24 inches in the bow and stern . the tape is cut in two sections ,i start in the end and work back to behind the cockpit and overlap at the back bulkhead. set the bulkhead where you want and wedge it in with some shims. check fit and put it 1or 2 inches further up and use minicell to get a perfect fit. lightweight easy to clean, small area to flood ,strong cheap,comfortable...
