Off Topic: Heel Hook re-entry

Hi All, Just received an email from a friend on self rescue who knows I cannot make a wet re-entry.I have tried many times and many ways, I guess at 85 yrs old just not supple or strong enough to pull myself up and into the cockpit. Well after watching this video it looked so slick and easy I couldn't wait to pass it on, I will have to wait until next weekend to try it out. I also suffer from lack of computer skills and don't know how to post his email so this is the best I can come up with,I went to google then u tube videos the title is "Heel Hook Paddle Float Self Rescue". I really hope this will work and hope it helps someone else. Nick R.
