So they claim to design all their products to be "technically superior," but they put a big wind wing sticking up in the air on the thing.

He says "...a kayak motor should be faster than a kayaker can paddle while offering a worthwhile range," but then they post stats of 2.6 mph for 15 miles at slow speeds, 5.8 mph for 3.5 miles at high speeds. I would say that's a pretty short range, especially for a fishing kayak, and certainly not faster than a kayaker can paddle. Perhaps faster than an out of shape tourist can paddle, but not a "kayaker."
