The Jackson All-Star whitewater kayak is one of the driest boats ever made- literally. Whitewater boats have a lot of opportunity to take on water because they are submerged so often and are having great forces exerted on the skirt. I just got an All-Star this summer, and I can attest that it is way drier than the other boats I've paddled.

What type of sprayskirt (spraydeck) do you wear with that kayak?

I tried a rand-style sprayskirt once and it was a completely different experience- quite difficult to get on/off the boat, but rock-solid. I know some kayak surfers are using rand sprayskirts on their sea kayaks.
