Will that be too small for a 1/4" bungee to go through? I know if it was a straight tube it would be fine.

What size deck lines and glue sticks do you use?

I'd suggest that you make some experimental Maroske tubes with some scrap (plywood?). I found them quite a bit trickier in practice than when reading descriptions!
Also, you may not want to restrict yourself to a smaller deck line diameter, or, alternatively, to having only one line through each fitting, so bigger tubes may be useful.

Maroske fittings are very slick looking, but can restrict your deck layout options.
