I recently updated my Siskiwit LV design with a few minor changes that make it slightly easier to build with composites to accommodate a builder's club in Duluth. The changes haven't made the plans that are available on my website, but if you bought drawings and haven't built yet, let me know if you're interested in the update. The biggest change was that I added width to the keel to round it out. This happens automagically when building with strips, but not so much with fiberglass. I also modified the stern just a touch and added a bit of volume to the bow to make the ride drier. Here's an updated screenshot of the computer model.
Someday, I'll get around to building one of the LV versions for myself, but until then no real life pics that I took, just those from other folks on my website. I'm considering a skin-on-frame for my next build -- not sure if it will be a canoe or kayak.
