Care should be used with the "poly" lines sold cheap at the big box stores. Very often only the outer cover is polyester, the inner strength lines are a mixture of all sorts of stuff. Ok for utility lines to a point, just have to remember the strength isn't as good as with better line, so going up a size might be a good idea.
