Fish eyes very often come from the compressed air source, water or more likely oil carry over isn't uncommon with most compressed air systems and they are excellent at creating fish eyes in sprayed finishes. Only takes a very tiny amout of oil in the air to cause a problem.

I've posted a bunch of warmings about using this stuff at home, amazed that not everyone's heard about it. I lost a friend a number of years back becuase he ignored the warnings, that stuff can kill.

A common paint spray respirator is worthless for spraying isocyanates, don't do it. If you don't have a supplied air respirator get a pro to paint it for you or pick another finish.
