I know you are a man of few words, but tell us more.

Why?

Is this your boat?

Actually I built the single for my son and that is the most comfortable kayak I have paddled. Easy to drive fast also.
And a pain to build the bow and stern.

No it is not my boat, I got the pic off the laughing loon website. It is just the only really cool looking double in my opinion.

Also, if it is anything like the single, it will have good speed and rough water stability, as well as room for camping gear.

In general I am not a fan of doubling up, it kind of defeats the point for me of the freedom of being on the water, but if I was to be seen in one this would be it.

If my storage shed was deep enough to store it I would build one just to make my friends envious.

The ends on these are more work, but not really that difficult. The decks are easier than more upswept boats, roundabouts and swings

If it was easy we probably wouldn't do it.
