Bryan,
It was basically a "brute force" method.
Yost's gunwale has a 3/4 x 1 1/2" gunwale which naturally makes a square edge to the hull to deck joint.
I positioned the regular gunwale on the forms (both sides) with sheet rock screws and epoxy bonding.
Then I glued (epoxy) a 3/4" x 3/4" extra stringer to the inside and the top of the normal gunwale.
Once set I just took a plane and rounded the gunwale. To make a smooth finished surface I made a sanding too from a PVC pipe coupling with sandpaper glued on the inside radius.
Over all it was relatively quick and easy.
If you actually meant the skinning I posted on the forum before.

Check some of my later posts in the same thread for some more complete description. If you don't find what you need let me know. I am unaware of anyone else besides the originator - Morris - who has tried this. He apparently is not doing kayaks anymore.
The only difference is I started doing the deck first, then switched to hull first on a Yost 19' double , and now this boat.
Next boat I may try doing a single seam up the middle like a stitched boat. Still not sure. Right now I can temporarily install the skin, working out any winkles, then permanently install with very little hassle and virtually no wrinkles to heat shrink out.
