I wonder if you tried the airboat coating and if so, how you feel about it?

I also am curious about your use of "white graphite" or boron nitride as a bottom finish.

I'm looking for a durable, easily maintained and low VOC/low toxicity finish for a SUP and a few wooden kayaks. Something with the ease of use and practicality of a graphite/epoxy finish. I'm just not crazy about black from an appearance, or general visibility and safety perspective.

The airboat coating looks like it may be ideal. I'm tempted to just go for an out-on-a-limb experiment; but I'd love to hear from anyone who may have already walked down that road?
