Be careful using solvents to wash before fill coats. Most solvents are reclaimed and contain contaminates that will result in fisheyes. I am down to using distilled water and scotch brite and still have the fish eyes here and there. I do think it might be possible that some embedded grit from the sand paper may be the culprit.
