Greg,

If you heat the resin and hardner before using you will be much happier.
Working in 100 degree F Texas heat wets out the cloth very easily, quickly, and evenly.
I am just talking about heating the resin, not the complete shop.

Good luck (but this is relatively easy) and have fun.

It is still good to trim the cloth like ET suggested. If you get some lifting on the edge then get out the scissors, it will help it settle down so you don't have to keep trying to stick it down over the 3 hours to initial setup. At least that's what works for me with West system.
