Other: foldable outrigger - some ideas?

i can't go with a kayak anymore.
a canoe is a good boat, but i dislike the l/w-ratio.

so i'm looking for a foldable siton outrigger (oc1 or oc2) with aprox displacemt of 200 kg

does someone has an idea?

maybe a yostdesign with ama? possible or nonsense?
