I am going to keep it pretty standard, but I am thinking about adding a day hatch. One it's just a cool little add on, and two practice. I also am trying to thing of how to add some flotation to this thing. I have two thoughts:
1) mesh "bulkhead" attached with some SS hooks to hold in a bunch of pool noodles or homemade float bags
2) iron cross style plywood bulkheads.. Same purpose.Thoughts?
I don't understand. Are you planning one or more hatches in the deck, but no watertight bulkheads?
