I can only imagine this happening if the epoxy there was still a little "green". In any event, if there is no delamination I would suggest just smoothing with another fill coat until the weave disappears, and you proceed with sanding and additional layers until you get a smooth finish as per normal. If there is underlying damage and it delams later, you can fix it with patching then,and you are no worse off.
