Thanks Etienne,

With regards to your first comment. I thought the hull was needed to start the shear line for the deck. With the Guillemot, the stern rises up a lot and requires some heat bending and twisting. I suppose I could do the following:

1) Blend in the deck shear line, hot melt to stations
2) Attach the second deck strip, with the hope that the stations will stay in place
3) Release the forms from the hull, without removing the deck pieces
4) Flip the spacers so that I have access from the bottom of the deck
