Guy forgot to burp his dry suit. You don't want all that air trapped inside it. Usually you want to crouch down and squeeze up into a ball with your neck gasket pulled away from your skin, they check again when you get in your kayak. If you don't mind getting in the water, walking into calm shallowish water with the gasket pulled out is the best way. Usually it's ww kayakers who do it this way.
