Strange that the 3/8 strips with 1 layer of 4 oz glass( 162 pounds) are less strong then the 1/4 strips (150 pounds).
Does not make sense.

I assume you ment to say that the 3/16" panel with a layer of 4 oz. glass on each side broke at 162 pounds of force, while the thicker 1/4" panel with 4 oz. glass on each side broke under a force of 150 pounds.

This is where the "deflection" column tells the 3/16" panel bent .85 inches before breaking and the 1/4" panel bent .45 inches before breaking.

Has to do with bending in the wind instead of being stiff and breaking.
