I planned to pre-bevel the strips for my canoe but for some reason forgot about it after a midway pause. Depending on the design it can be very easy. I set up a router for adding the bevels (3 deg/edge) to the plank before ripping, very simple, perfect fits: until I got brain cramp at midway . . .
