Strip: hard chines
Even though I've built a few kayaks I always ponder this question: should the hard chines be left on a stripper as an angle, such as the Petrel or do they get rounded over when you sand the hull. Also, the shear on a yak such as the Greenland Night Heron; sharp angle or rounded over? And thirdly, does it make a difference either way. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
