Material: New shrimp study has composite fiber implications *PIC*

I saw an article in the Washington Post a couple days ago, and immediately thought about this forum I haven't visited in years. A new study of a shrimp's shell structure leads to a stronger composite fiber material. And it's all in the fiber strand orientation.
