I have finally finished glassing the hull and deck of my kayak - a Nomad by Björn Thomasson. Like many others, I have a gap between the two parts. The deck is too narrow. I hope I will be able to force them together, when I get to that point.

But right now that makes me worry about the hatches. If i cut them out now, they won't bent with the rest of the deck when I put it on the hull. And then the hatches will not fit. Any good advices on this?
