I was just talking with my wife about your foot agonies and she remind me a couple years ago I was having real foot problems.

My feet hurt and my knees were so bad I could hardly walk up stairs.

My chiropractor told me my shoes were bad. I didn't believe him. I had never had such foot leg problems and just figured I was getting old and near the end of the line! I could not believe it was just shoes.

I had these extra wide special postal worker's shoes which I thought were great.

Walking was so hard and painful I was desperate. I ditched the shoes and started wearing my hiking boots. In a few days I was much better.

I went back to the correct sized, old style work boots, I used in college, with Spenco insoles.

Memory problems yes, foot problems no more.

I HOPE your solution is as easy as mine was.
