Great info Ric A.....

I have at least five sets of orthotics and have used them every waking moment of the day for about six years. I felt they gave me some relief but about six months ago the pain really escalated....so I got new orthotics from a new podiatrist. Because the pain was so bad I could barely walk, I took them out and have used nothing for several months! However, I'm ready to try again. Along with the chiropractor and all the other suggestions given on this thread, I'll make an appointment with a podiatrist soon.....:)

I'm also going to check on proper Aleve dosage and start a 2 to 4 week regimen...
