That doesn't sound good. If it hasn't cured by now ,it never will. Same thing happened to me but when I was applying the glass cloth. Tried heat but eventually had to take it all off. You are lucky it is a fill coat. Maybe wipe it off with acetone or alcohol. What a mess. Bob
