for relatively small areas i have used a fine tooth brush soaked in denatured alcohol to get the dust out of small exposed bubbles.

soaked the brush, then bristles straight up/down with a compressing motions and swirl....not a classic side-to-side motion.

i did this for a coaming layup that i didn't handle particularly well.

not sure how well the idea scales. but i suspect if patient, can work a large area.

when i put a new fill coat on....kept the brush handy to wipe out a few of the remaining hold-outs and it all cleaned up well.
