Is is problematic to make up small batches???Do you fudge on the 1:5 ratio if making up a small batch?

It's chemistry, so the ratio doesn't change, no matter the batch size.

I almost always use the WEST pumps and haven't had a problem after using many many gallons of WEST epoxy over the years. For rare very small batches, I've used plastic syringes and measured out by volume, but for those jobs I'm usually using 5-cure or T-88 or some other 1:1 epoxy.

With small batches, mixing is even more more important - a little drip of hardener on the side of the cup or adhered to the stirring stick (for small batches I use something plastic or epoxy-coated, not raw wood) can affect the ratio.
