Thanks. The bow and stern really did come together nicely, despite all my worrying. I plan to cut the pieces tonight and get everything glued and lashed this week.

I have no idea if a rudder is a good idea, but it certainly seems to be the trend for a big ol' boat. Thanks for the ideas for a provisional mounting setup.
