I like to use 6oz. on the inside and 4oz on the outside. If you work in a non temperature control environment the 6oz. cloth is a lot more prone to show small starring (white unsaturated areas.) The 4oz has the added benefit of needing less fill coat to cover the smaller weave. The thinner epoxies like Mas saturate the cloth easier and heip avoid starring.
