I second ET, but it will take more than a heat gun. Unless you have a space where the humidity is close to what it was when you glassed the deck, your best bet is probably going to be to wait for better weather.

I had exactly the same thing happen to me, except that I glassed the outside at the end of the summer, so there wasn't much hope of the weather going back to warm, dry and sunny.

In the end I negotiated a temporary lease on the living room, and it took about two days for the deck to (miraculously) regain it's shape.
