I am retrofitting my Spring Run with an ONNO retractable Skeg that I recently purchased off EBay for a good price. I have finished installing the skeg box in the hull and am now considering how I want to build the control box and slider. The ONNO control box and slider that came with the skeg are useless as designed so I plan to make my own.

I was looking at your site and admiring the "Hunter" you built and am considering paying tribute to your design by copying your control box and slider. Would you be willing to share any details about the control box such as the dimensions and what kind of stock you used for the box and end pieces? Same for the slider?
