Can't wear gloves here in Texas. They fill up with sweat then dump it on/in the goo. Feel free to come to Houston in July and show us how it's done if you don't believe it.

It wasn't just the non-wearing of gloves in the video that surprised me - the amount of epoxy on the bare hands far surpassed the amount that I get on my gloves. It looked like a deliberate attempt to 'get immersed in the work', so to speak.
(My guess is that there wasn't any barrier cream on those bare hands; I hope I'm wrong.)

I did a LOT of epoxy work (gallons?) on my sailboat project in sometimes 90+F conditions in a barn in Ontario - perhaps not as hot as the open and breezy-looking Texas workshop shown in the video.
Spray antiperspirant and lots of baby powder on my hands seemed to do the trick, though I did need to use a bandana on my head to keep the sweat from dripping off my nose and on to the work. (I learned not to lean over my work....).

I had the incentive of knowing a fellow boatbuilder who had developed epoxy sensitivity and couldn't be in the same building with his epoxy-wood sailboat project without having his eyes swell shut. Hopefully y'all won't end up like that...
