My hands sweat all the time using gloves, you just have to get used to it.

Had a similar situation around here years ago, friend of a friend built a $100k home built foam and epoxy (and glass) airplane that he couldn't then even go into the hanger where it was stored after it was completed. Ended up selling his 15 year completed project at a huge loss. Sweaty gloves are a minor inconvenience.
