Go to an automotive parts store.
Look at the paint for fixing chips.
You will find a can of "clear coat"
As a single part spray it probably can't be as good as the typical 2 part spray coatings.
But it is available.

My boats that are covered have no issue with varnish also.
A boat I left out had problems within 2 years (stupid me)

A clear coat boat shouldn't have any more problems than a car, mine sit in the Texas sun their whole life without an issue. except Mitsubishi.
