Epoxy: Pre-Coat problems

Just finished the pre-coat epoxy on the deck of my cedar strip-built, with results that were a little disturbing. As you can see in the pictures some of the wood has dried with a whitish tone to it and a higher sheen. It is definetly not amine blush. All the epoxy pre-coat was put on with a thin roller coat and dry brushed out with a dry brush to remove any pooling or thick areas. I used US Composites ...635 slow hardener. Wanted to ask if anyone has any ideas at what caused this discoloration, how to remove it and how to prevent it from happening when I start on the hull. ... Thanks ... Gordon
