(well, this answer will be as useful as a Microsoft Help Line...theoretically accurate, but untested in practical use)

As I recall, Kayak Foundry can export x-y coordinates, as a tab delimited file. You could then import those into the CAD of yer choice, to make DXF files. YMMV.
