Let it dry for at least 24 hours before you do anything. If you have the option, put it out in the sun to dry. The skin is likely to tighten up again once all of the moisture is gone. However, as others have noted, Nylon tends to go slack on the water, even after it's coated. The reason is that we're only coating one side, so moisture can get into the fibers from the inside where they're not coated.
