Skin-on-Frame: urethane problem
Hi all,
I recently used the 2-part urethane from Spirit Line. While I have experience with epoxy, I must have done something wrong when mixing because the final coat is still very sticky 2 weeks later.
I called and emailed Spirit line and they initially said they could help me fix it, but I’ve not been able to get in touch with them since, so I’m hoping someone reading this has an idea. If this was epoxy on wood I’d sand it down and start over, but this obviously won’t work on a skin. Any suggestions for mitigating the miserable stickiness, short of ripping off the skin and redoing the whole thing?
Thanks,
Patrick
