We had a similar experience with one of the kayaks in my father/son building get class. After two weeks the dad took it home while still tacky. He hung it outside under his carport and the tackiness eventually went away. His was tacky on just the hull, so it was only a small batch that had a slightly off ratio. It we very tacky after the first week, much like fly paper.
